Is this a great country or what?

The question Ernesto is: who is more happy? the man in the prison that can use internet? or the man that can move in his city, but not have internet? And what prefers the peoples that are involved.
In my opinion dipends also in the prison who you can give this possibility. An familiyman that need to comunicate with his children, make of course more sense, than an Killer.

Well, is a very very difficult question, or better, questions.

Good post.

Raul, I don't know if you know that ordinary Cubans do not have access to email or the Internet for that matter.

i know Ernesto, but this i have not mean. I have mean that a prisoneer in jail ok have the possibility whenever at next, to comunicate with his family. But there can move maybe also in a radius of 300 meters, with strikt rules. Dipends of the prison of course. But i ask me if this is better then stay in Cuba with the cuban situation today. I have understand your critic, of course. But for the individual peoples, what is realy better? the one or the other situation?
And what prefer the peoples, the different peoples? with different situation of one situation and of the other situation?
This questions are very difficult to resolve i think.
Sorry, my english maybe dont permited me to express me clear with what i mean.
Of course all two situation, Cuba, and prison, are not good. This i dont doubt. But realy i think dipends of individual person also. I speak not about the most of one side and other side.

Raul
